Order Form

Welcome to the Coniston Corporate online order form. First of all, please fill in the Your Details section on the first part of the form. If the Invoice Address is the same address to which you want the goods delivered, then just tick the box to copy the details.

Once you’ve done that, you can add the items you want, one at a time. As you add each item, you’ll see your order build up at the bottom of the screen. You can give us a garment code from the catalogue (click here to open it) or a description, e.g. hooded sweatshirt. If you want to use a logo and you’ve ordered from us before, just tell us which logo to use and where to put it. If we don’t have a copy of your logo and you’d like to use one, then please contact us after you’ve sent your order.
